Your permit will have to pass thru an ARBORIST, who has to sign off on your plans, before the city does…. so be nice and just deal with him.

They will list your property and delineate with plastic orange fences to protect the trees.

You do not want all your drawings kicked back, because you did not consider the trees on your land.

Many a project has been foiled by a tree to toad… 🙂
