1 you will get sick of them, do not just default to YES, think about it.

  1. you MUST have a permit box tho…
  2. protect blueprints kept in permit box, from water, theft etc.

Johns…

  1. Location
  2. Smells
  3. Place to clean up. Set up a handwashing station somewhere…. A $79 sink, with garden hose will do, with soap.

SITE FENCE

more and more job sites are addign a chicken wire fence, to the yard…This prevents people wandering around, adding stuff to dumpsters, just trolling around.

Sometimes a fence is prettier than the job site….so neighbors will appreciate it for the year of chaos. 

Safety and security are valid reasons to add a fence.
